Payment & Delivery Policy


We are providing the BEST online payment solutions (KNET, VISA and MasterCard) as a method for payment. Through this method we aim to establish trust and a relationship with our customers, as we are delivering your order in person. Cash On Delivery (COD) is also available.

All our payments methods are secure from local banks in Kuwait (KFH & KNET).

All our payment gateways are linked with SMS service that send SMS to our customers after transaction is complete to confirm the status of the payment transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

All local orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days. IN SEVERAL CASES (low orders days) orders placed before 11am (GMT +3 - Kuwait) will be delivered in the same day or next day.

Kindly note that waiting more than 15 minutes at the provided address and ignoring our calls, may result in a cancellation of your order. We may also consider declining your future orders, close your account, and/or black list your address.

Return Policy

Shipping Damage:

* If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, please refuse to sign it and then email us.
* If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please email us within 24 hours after the parcel arrived.
* Do not throw away any packing material.

Factory Defect:

* If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 24 hours after you have received the parcel.
* The product(s) which you want to return must be in new with its original packaging and also in unused condition.
* In case we cannot provide a replacement or exchange the product(s), we will arrange a refund to you, but the delivery fee must be paid by you. So please think first, and then act.
* Any other cases depend on the situation.

Once the return is approved by us, the item must be returned to us within 2 days after you have received it. The returned product(s) must be in good condition with original packaging.

If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send a new one to you. Otherwise, we will send the original item back to you. The shipping cost should be paid by customer. The above terms subject to our final decision.
